Smart Modelling
The innovative Predictive Modeller enables clients to build virtual organisations of the future populated with real staff from today.
The following two methods can then be involved in predictive modelling:
- The first method of Service Modelling, involves manipulation of demand and/or supply drivers.
- The second method of Operational Modelling, involves an in depth interview process that captures rostering practices.
This enables clients to model a myriad of workforce scenarios in search of the most cost efficient model of care/staffing. Any number of virtual organisations can be built and costed for comparison and decision support purposes.
